Due to peak season shipping times may be longer than estimated. We'll keep you updated on tracking information and delivery dates via email.
Shipping methods
All orders placed on our UK site will be fulfilled from our warehouse in UK. Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched same day, Monday to Friday.
Standard Shipping - FREE
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - 2-3 business days.
Priority Shipping - £9.99
DPD Next Day Delivery - Next business day
We aim to fulfil all our orders by their estimated delivery date, however shipping times are out of our control once your package leaves us. Please allow extra delivery time for orders placed during busy periods.
PO Boxes
Unfortunately DPD Next Day delivery service is unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please use an alternative shipping address when placing your order.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation of your shipping method and tracking information (where available) via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order here
Missing Order
If your order hasn’t arrived with you as expected please:
- Check your delivery address was entered correctly - contact us if there are any errors.
- Check the delivery timeframe - if you have reached the estimated delivery date, please wait an additional 24 hours for any deliveries to be completed.
- Check with your neighbors to confirm whether they have accepted your parcel for you.
