Trtl Edinburgh Street Activation – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This activation is operated by Coolside Ltd, trading as TrtlTravel (“Trtl”).

2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of participation. Employees of Coolside Ltd (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter
Participants may enter by taking part in the Trtl street activation in Edinburgh on Friday 5 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”) and completing the activity as directed by Trtl staff.

No purchase is necessary. This promotion is not a lottery, raffle, or gambling activity.

4. Prizes
Prizes are awarded at Trtl’s sole discretion and are subject to availability.

The main prize available is:

  • One (1) £200 flight voucher from Flightgift

Additional prizes may be offered during the activation at Trtl’s discretion.

All prizes:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Are not exchangeable for cash

  • Are subject to availability

  • May be substituted with an item of equal or greater value

5. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected in person during the activation based on the outcome of the activity or challenge, as determined solely by Trtl.

All decisions made by Trtl regarding prize allocation are final.

6. Publicity & Filming
 Participants may be photographed or filmed during the activation.

By taking part, participants agree that Coolside Ltd may use images and footage taken for marketing, advertising, PR and promotional purposes in social media, worldwide, for an indefinite period, unless consent is withdrawn in writing.

7. Data Protection
 Any personal data collected will only be used for:

  • Administering the promotion

  • Managing consent and records

  • Contacting prize winners (if applicable)

All data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

Participants have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting Trtl.

8. General
 Trtl reserves the right to:

  • Cancel, amend, or withdraw the promotion if necessary
    Disqualify any participant suspected of misuse, misconduct, or breach of these Terms

  • Refuse entry or participation at its discretion

No responsibility is accepted for:

  • Any loss, damage, or injury relating to participation, except where caused by proven negligence

  • Travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses

  • Third-party failures or technical issues

9. Governing Law
 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
