I flew overnight 10hrs non-stop Perth to Tokyo and for the first time ever I was able to sleep. This pillow actually works, it supports your head and stops your chin rolling forward. I would absolutely recommend it.
I would like to give my honest and sincere 5-star review of this company. My hubby and I traveled to Tahiti on round trip red eye flights. Not our first rodeo, and we knew how miserable these flights can be. We bought two TRTL pillows, different types, and while we LOVED one style, the other was not for us. We fought over who would use the one we both liked. I lost. But, I'm tougher than he is, so I gave in. Upon our return, weeks after buying the pillows, I contacted the company to see if I could return one for another that we liked. Without delay I received a response confirming my return and they even offered me a refund for the difference in price. I am really impressed and would encourage anyone considering buying one of these pillows, DO IT!

Best friend for any econ traveller
First parcel was lost and contacted customer service. They actually replied within 30 mins and arranged another one sent via express as I had a long haul flight to catch soon. Best buy!
