Amazing customer service. Bought my pillow and it did not come with a case. Wrote to the company and they sent me my case right away. Case is sturdy and well made. Pillow is amazing as well. Will buy again from them
The original carry bag for my TRTL Pillow unfortunately ripped on my very first trip, which was disappointing. However, I contacted customer service and they were fantastic—quick, responsive, and had a replacement waiting for me when I got back. The new bag seems sturdier, and I appreciate how hassle-free the whole replacement process was. Great support from the TRTL team!
